Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
